What forms of payment do you accept?

First-time orders placed on ShopCSA can be paid using VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Subsequent orders made on ShopCSA can be paid using VISA, MasterCard, American Express; purchase orders are accepted for total purchases over $250.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped by courier ground service unless otherwise specified according to the following rates:

Please Note: All shipping charges are subject to applicable taxes, and may be subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges may apply for bulk shipments and remote locations.

Any items shipped to the United States may be subject to charges for customs, duty or clearance. These charges are passed on to the consignee and are based on the declared value of the shipment.

Certification and Testing

CSA International is the Certification Division, responsible for product testing and certification. Testing products for compliance to national and international standards, issuing certification marks for qualified products.

Product Performance Testing

OnSpeX is the Performance Testing Division, responsible for consumer product evaluation and performance testing. Including product design consulting, specifications, evaluation and inspection and audit services.
