Z8000-11 - Facilities that Work for the Patient

The implementation of Z8000 – Canadian Health Care Facilities – can help improve efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability and overall patient outcomes by building safety practices into the design and construction of health care facilities. This video-based training, based on Z8000, helps participants understand how to minimize health care costs while maximizing the focus on the patient.

Participants will take an in-depth look at key workflow, patient movement, design and planning elements that can influence the patient experience.
