Business Management

Over the years, CSA has been a leading supporter of the ISO 9000 series. Today we hold the secretariat for ISO/TC 176, on behalf of the Standards Council of Canada. ISO/TC 176 is the international committee responsible for maintaining the ISO 9000 series.

Drawing on more than a quarter-century of Business and Quality Management experience, CSA publishes a wide range of related documents and tools, including checklists, searchable CD-ROM collections, and guides such as the ISO 9000 Essentials, to help organizations in their quest for ISO 9000 compliance.

CSA's Business & Quality Management program also includes standards for risk management and reliability, and basic engineering activities such as drafting and measurement.
