CSA Z662-15 Pipeline Welding and Inspections - Comprehensive

Workshop attendees are strongly advised to bring a copy of the 2015 Oil and Gas Pipeline Systems to their scheduled session, as it will be frequently referenced.
CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION AND TRANSFER POLICIES
Cancellation requests received more than 14 calendar days before start date of the event will receive a full refund less a $100 administration fee. Cancellation requests received within the 14 calendar days prior to the event start date will be non-refundable.
Substitution of event attendee will be permitted at any time prior to the start date. Participant substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the start of the event. Please ensure that the substitute has met any prerequisite requirements.
Payment must be received in full before the event. CSA reserves the right to cancel any event and will, in such case, fully refund all registration fees. No liability is assumed by the organizers for changes in conference dates, content, speakers or venue.
In addition to covering the learning objectives contained in Z662 Pipeline Systems Essentials, participants in this extended three-day course will also:
Building on the fundamentals of the Z662 Pipeline Systems Essentials course, this specialized training allows participants to learn about CSA Z662's requirements for the qualification of welding procedures. Geared towards pipeline engineers, technologists and inspectors, this course delivers detailed examples of various pipeline welding/construction techniques and inspection/leak detection procedures for production welds.
Participants will take what they learned in the classroom and apply it on-the-job, with the objective of maintaining a safer workplace and helping reduce the risk of environmental incidents during various phases of pipeline installation.
CSA Group's training faculty draws from the volunteers who helped develop standards such as CSA Z662 using balanced industry representation and CSA Group's recognized accredited process. This often allows instructors to provide additional insights on the rationale behind many of the changes in the updated standard that participants can directly apply to their own roles and organizations, helping deliver additional return on their training investment.
CSA Group training is eligible for continuing education credits.
