Cancellation requests received more than 14 calendar days before start date of the event will receive a full refund less a $100 administration fee. Cancellation requests received within the 14 calendar days prior to the event start date will be non-refundable.
Substitution of event attendee will be permitted at any time prior to the start date. Participant substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the start of the event. Please ensure that the substitute has met any prerequisite requirements.
Payment must be received in full before the event. CSA reserves the right to cancel any event and will, in such case, fully refund all registration fees. No liability is assumed by the organizers for changes in conference dates, content, speakers or venue.
Designing, constructing, operating and maintaining Canadian pipelines require not only specific skill sets but intimate knowledge of the requirements of the new sixth edition of CSA Z662 Oil & Gas Pipeline Systems. CSA Z662 is now a National Standard of Canada, and is referenced in all federal, provincial and territorial regulations.
The first two days review the basic requirements and rationale for Z662, the potential issues it addresses and how it relates to your daily job functions. On day three the instructor delves into the nuances of Section 3 and the application of Annex A in the Safety and Loss management systems, including Integrity Management issues related to Design and Materials procurement.
You'll take what you learned in the classroom and apply it on-the-job, with the objective of maintaining a safe workplace and helping to prevent and control risk of environmental incidents during various phases of pipeline installation.
