Medical gases perform a critical role in health care delivery and are used every day by millions of people in thousands of different locations such as hospitals, long term care homes, ambulances, and dental offices. Now more than ever there is a need for the installation of safe medical gas pipelines by trained installers.

Designed to provide health care facility engineers and maintenance staff with the knowledge of how applicable CSA Group standards impact the design, maintenance and operation of Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, students will gain insight into applying the Standard for improved safety on the job.

In addition, this course serves as an effective study aid to help students prepare for the Medical Gas Piping and Systems (Med G.A.S) Personnel Certification.
